Hello dear all…..!

It has been a long hiatus before I come back to u again…. transformation was taking place….priorities were set….and so…here I am…undivided attention was what I was craving for u all….

As it is supposed to be, our hard work should be more of smart work….but we end up working only hard. Work done in the right way after taking into account our talents and passion helps in finding our goal….in life. One day I saw a small boy using his bow and arrow….he was aiming at the wall …….after a few arrows in the wall…he went there and made a circle……around those arrows…..His mother comes along and is very happy seeing that he has pierced exactly at the center…..the boy is also happy that he has achieved something while practicing archery…….in the evening, when the father comes….he is surprised to see those perfectly pierced arrows on the wall…..when he asked the boy….about this achievement…he found out the reality…..

Our life too is somewhat similar….we think we have achieved something….whereas it is similar to blindly pointing arrows on the wall and then drawing circles around them….and then telling ourselves that we have achieved something in life……!

A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work…..hard work beats talent if talent does not work hard enough. But working hard without consistency does not lead you to greatness. Life struggles may get in the way of our goals, and it becomes relatively easy to lose momentum when we needed it most. For this reason, it can be both therapeutic and inspirational to consult the advice of other people who have come before you and dealt with the same hardships.

Ask any highly successful person, and they will always tell you that hard work was a major contributing factor in their life.

“The heights by great men reached and kept were not attained in sudden flight but, they while their companions slept, they were toiling upwards in the night.”

– Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

We often think that happiness is associated with relaxation and the freedom not to do things we don’t want to do.

The reality is that this isn’t how our nervous system is wired. When we work hard and push through our physical and psychological barriers, our body rewards us with the neurochemicals that feel like the experience of being happy.

“The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.”

– Barack Obama

So long….keep yourself motivated…..
