Covid-19 has become more of a mental game....killing joy with anxiety and happiness with depression......try and keep away if you could....some things we can try are like....isolating yourself from news about the virus. (Everything we need to know, we already know). Look for positive numbers like who came back home healthy after treatment. Don't look out for death toll. It's not a cricket match to know the latest score. Avoid that. Excessive or additional information may weaken your mental state if you constantly keep reading about it on the internet. Don’t be a fatalist by sending fatalistic messages. Some people don't have the same mental strength as you (Instead of helping, you could activate pathologies such as depression). create a positive environment, listen to music at home at a pleasant volume. Look for board games to entertain children, tell stories and future plans. strengthen your immune system with healthy food and simple exercise routine as well maintain disciple in the home like washing your hands, putting up a sign or alarm for everyone in the house.

Above all YOUR positive mood will help protect your immune system, while negative thoughts have been shown to depress your immune system and make it weak against viruses. Have faith and believe that this shall also pass and we will be safe.... ! Create memories full of laughter, Watch comedy movies & videos & stay with laughter , as laughter is best medicine.
